The short version. Use Sheepish kindly, it is a subscription that renews until you cancel, you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings, and Sheepish is a relationship app rather than therapy or crisis support.
These terms are an agreement between you and Genesis 2 LLC ("we", "us") covering the Sheepish app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Sheepish is designed for two people in a relationship, linked into a shared space.
Sheepish is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
Your content stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your answers, messages or photos. You give us only the permission we need to store your content, show it to your partner, and run the app for you. We do not use what you write to train models or to target advertising.
Do not use Sheepish to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including your partner. Do not upload content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access another couple's data.
Sheepish is a relationship app for fun and conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you or your partner are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
The app, the questions, the artwork and Theo are ours and are protected by copyright and trade mark. You may use them only as part of using the app normally.
We are actively building Sheepish, so features will change, and some may be added or retired. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you.
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts someone at risk, and we will explain why where we reasonably can.
Sheepish is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
