We read every message.
Email us at support@playsheepish.com and we will get back to you within two business days. Tell us your device, and roughly when the problem happened, and we will find it faster.
One of you creates the household and gets an invite code. The other enters that code when they sign up. Once you are linked you share one space, and everything you play lands in it.
Yes. You can look around and get set up on your own. Games that need both of you will wait until they join.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple account rather than in Sheepish. Open your device Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Sheepish, then Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel it.
In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and your personal information.
One thing to know first: some of your history belongs to the two of you together, so parts of it may stay visible to your partner after you leave, because it is theirs as well. If you want your shared history removed entirely, email us and we will take care of it.
Inside your shared space, yes, and that is the point. Some games hold your answer back until you have both answered, so nobody can peek first. Nothing you write is visible to anyone outside the two of you.
Check that notifications are allowed for Sheepish in your device Settings, and that they are switched on in the app. If they are on in both places and still not arriving, email us.
Tell us what you were doing when it happened and what you saw. A screenshot helps more than anything.
Sheepish is a private space for two people. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Sheepish is a relationship app, not therapy and not a crisis service. If you or someone you love is in danger, please contact your local emergency services.
